Ready-to-Ship Terms of Service

1. Product Details and Shipping 1.1 The product is sold on a "Ready-to-Ship" basis, meaning the item has been completely manufactured. It is the Customer's responsibility to thoroughly review the photographs, details, defects (if any), and specifications provided by the Seller prior to placing an order.

   1.2 The Seller shall require a preparation and processing period not exceeding 10 days from the date of receipt of full payment before dispatching the product.

   1.3 In the event of force majeure or uncontrollable delays caused by the shipping carrier, the Seller shall notify the Customer immediately.

2. Pricing, Payment, and Import Taxes 2.1 The agreed product price is net (including shipping fees, unless otherwise specified in the product details). The Customer must remit full payment prior to shipment.

   2.2 Import taxes, customs duties, or any other taxes incurred in the destination country (the Customer's country) shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

   2.3 The Seller shall not be held liable for any shipping delays or additional expenses arising from customs clearance, official inspections, or the Customer's refusal to pay destination taxes.

3. Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy 3.1 Strictly No Refunds/Returns Policy: Once payment has been successfully processed, order cancellations, product returns, or refunds will not be permitted under any circumstances.

   3.2 Products are sold "as-is," exactly as depicted in the promotional photographs and videos. Should the Customer determine upon receipt that the product "does not match their personal imagination or expectations," the Seller shall bear no liability whatsoever.

4. Shipping and Liability for Damages 4.1 The Seller shall securely package the product in compliance with international shipping standards to maximally prevent damage during transit.

   4.2 In the event the product sustains damage, breakage, or defects directly resulting from the shipping process, the Seller will consider remedies (e.g., repairs, partial compensation, or remaking the item) at the Seller's sole discretion.

   4.3 Strict Claim Condition: The Customer MUST provide a continuous, unedited video recording from the exact moment the shipping box tape is cut until a complete, multi-angle inspection of the product is finished. Failure to provide clear video evidence adhering to this condition will result in the immediate rejection of the claim and a total waiver of the Seller's liability.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright 5.1 Intellectual property, design rights, and original authorship remain exclusively with the Seller/Manufacturer. The Seller reserves the right to use photographs and videos of the product for promotional, portfolio, and marketing purposes.

   5.2 The Customer acquires ownership of the physical item strictly for personal use, wearing, or display. The Customer is strictly prohibited from molding, 3D scanning, reproducing, altering, or commercially exploiting the design or product without the prior written consent of the Seller.

6. Acceptance of Terms 6.1 The act of transferring funds or rendering payment for the product constitutes that the Customer has read, understood, and fully accepted all terms and conditions outlined in this legally binding Agreement.
